Extracting files with non ASCII names from ZIP archives in Ubuntu

Today i wanted to unpack a ZIP archive which was packed in Windows and contained some Russian file names. Well, those files with Russian symbols in their names were not extracted (using Arc in KDE 11.04).

I have successfully extracted all the files using 7z in console:

7za x <archive_name>
